¿How can I make a reservation?
You can book directly on our website or by contacting reception.
What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit/Debit card
- Bank transfer
- Cash (maximum €999)
How much do I need to pay when booking?
- If booking more than 7 days in advance: 40% deposit.
- If booking within 7 days of arrival: 100% payment required.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
Payment is made via a link sent 7 days before arrival (30 days in July and August), or during online check-in if there is any amount pending.
Can I modify my reservation?
Yes, modifications must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and possible fees.
What are the cancellation policies?
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus €50 cancellation fee.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
What happens if I don’t show up on my arrival day?
Your booking is held for 48 hours or until the prepaid amount runs out. After that, it is canceled without refund.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a €100 deposit is required by credit card, refundable between 2 and 7 days after departure. Only for accommodations (not required for pitches).
What are check-in and check-out times?

Is wearing an identification wristband mandatory?
Yes, all guests must wear it throughout their stay.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodations?
No, smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.
What are the quiet hours at the campsite?
From 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise and vehicle circulation are not allowed during this time.
Can I receive visitors at my accommodation?
Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the campsite.
Where can I park my car?
One vehicle per accommodation is allowed, which must be parked in the assigned area.
Do the accommodations include bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are not included (except in some accommodations), but can be rented at reception.
Are there recycling areas in the campsite?
Yes, waste must be disposed of at the designated recycling points.
What happens if I leave the accommodation in poor condition?
Any damages or extra cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.
