INTERNAL REGULATIONS – CAMPING SANTA ELENA
This document governs the relationship between the Camping site (owned by Santa Elena 360, S.L.) and its Users, in accordance with Decree 159/2012 of November 20 and Law 13/2002 of June 21 on Tourism in Catalonia.
1. Users’ Duties and Rights
Duties (Art. 31, Decree 159/2012)
- Fulfil the conditions agreed upon in the booking contract.
- Pay for tourist services at the agreed location, manner, and time.
- Respect the Regulations, rules of coexistence, and hygiene standards.
- Care for the facilities, property, and services of the Camping site.
- Respect environmental values.
Rights (Art. 30, Decree 159/2012)
- Receive objective and complete information about service conditions.
- Obtain the agreed services and the corresponding billing.
- Enjoy security for themselves and their belongings.
- Guarantee of peace and privacy.
- Submit complaints and receive an official complaint form.
- Obtain assistance from tourist authorities when necessary.
2. Access and Stay
- The Camping site, as a tourist accommodation establishment, reserves the right of admission.
- Access will not be restricted on discriminatory grounds.
- Signing the reservation implies acceptance and compliance with these Regulations.
- Access and stay are subject to compliance with current regulations.
3. Reception and Information
- The Reception serves as the administrative and information centre.
- Displayed: operating dates, site maps, schedules, and these Regulations.
4. Identification of Users
- Mandatory identification upon entry (ID card, passport, etc.).
- The Camping site records and communicates lodging data to the police authority as required by law.
- Proof of identity may be requested at any time.
5. Camping Units
- Definition: space for a vehicle and shelter (tent, caravan, etc.), delimited and numbered.
- The Camping site assigns the pitch and may request relocation with a maximum 2-day notice.
- Occupancy: only one main installation (tent, caravan, etc.) and, optionally, one small tent (max. 3×2 m) for cooking or a 3×3 m awning without fixed front walls.
- Any appearance of a permanent settlement (gardening, constructions, etc.) is prohibited.
Timings
- Pitch check-in from 12:00.
- Accommodation (bungalows, mobile-homes, etc.) check-in from 16:00.
- Check-out before 11:00 a.m. for accommodations – 12:00 p.m. for pitches
- Late departure is charged an additional day, up to one week, after which legal eviction procedures may apply.
6. Prohibitions in the Camping Unit
- Installing additional tents beyond the main one (igloos, Canadian tents, etc.).
- Leaving equipment in plain sight (water containers, furniture, ropes tied to trees, etc.).
- Placing paving, tarpaulins, carpets, or antennas anchored to trees or ground.
- Only electric barbecues are allowed on the pitch. Charcoal barbecues are only permitted in designated areas and must comply with current regulations.
7. Permitted Items
- One additional shade element to the main caravan and awning (awning extension, 3×3 m pop-up shelter or non-advertising parasol).
- An electric camping barbecue
- One table and four chairs.
- Appliances only inside the tent kitchen.
8. Reservations and Cancellations
- The Camping site may require an advance payment towards the total cost.
- Reservations unconfirmed within 24 hours are considered declined.
- If specific pitch numbers or locations are requested, they will be provided on the agreed date.
- Modifications and cancellations:
- Must be made in writing (email).
- Date changes incur price adjustments and a possible modification fee (€50).
- Cancellations ≤ 30 days before arrival: loss of payment (unless cancellation insurance applies).
- Cancellations > 30 days before arrival: refund minus €50 cancellation fee (unless cancellation insurance applies).
- If the user leaves early, 100% of remaining services will be charged.
- No-show on arrival day: reservation held for one night only; afterwards, the Camping site may cancel without refund.
9. User Installations
- The Camping site may request vehicle/caravan documentation and insurance.
- Electricity:
- Only one socket and a certified cable (max. 6 A).
- No aerial splices or coiled cables permitted.
- Maintenance staff will inspect the installation.
10. Camping Site Facilities
- Sanitary Facilities
- Minors must always be under the supervision and responsibility of an adult throughout the premises.
- Games, balls, skates, and loudspeakers are prohibited in this area.

- Water Fountains
- For drinking water only (no dish or clothes washing).
- Swimming Pools
- Respect the indicated schedules and rules.
- Access is not allowed for minors under 18 or people who cannot swim unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
- The lifeguard may expel anyone who fails to comply with the rules.

- Other Areas (restaurant, reception, convenience store, etc.)
- No bicycles, scooters, etc. allowed.
- Any damage will be charged to the responsible party.
11. Waste
- Dispose of trash in designated bins and use recycling containers.
- Do not leave appliances or bulky items without prior approval at reception.
12. Visitors
- Must be registered and paid at Reception with ID presented.
- Maximum of 4 visitors per pitch at any time (more by management approval).
- The Camping site is not obliged to admit visitors; hosts are responsible for their guests.
- Visitors must leave by 20:00 and may not stay overnight without registration and payment.
- Harbouring unregistered guests is a serious offence.
13. Vehicle Traffic
- Driving only to enter or exit, max. speed 10 km/h.
- Vehicle circulation from 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- After midnight, park OUTSIDE THE CAMPSITE
14. Bicycles, Electric Scooters, QUADS and Similar
- Use only for leisurely riding – races or dangerous maneuvers are prohibited.
- For safety reasons, electric scooters are not allowed inside the premises. The uneven terrain and condition of internal roads pose a risk.
- A Civil Liability insurance policy may be required.
- Repeated violations may lead to the removal of the vehicle and sanctions.
15. Parking
- Park within your designated pitch, without invading others. The campsite is not responsible for any damage.
16. Animals
- Dogs and cats admitted with up-to-date papers, fee paid, and always on a leash. Except in glamping tents
- No potentially dangerous breeds (Law 10/99) or crosses allowed.
- No other animal species permitted.
- Owners must collect waste (€100 fine for non-compliance).
- No animals in sanitary facilities or pools.
- Violations may result in immediate expulsion.
17. Eviction
- If stay ends, payment is overdue, or grounds for expulsion exist, the Camping site may remove belongings after inventory and formal notice.
- After one month without response, items may be disposed of.
- Police or judicial assistance may be requested for eviction.
18. Major Offences
- Damage to furniture or facilities.
- Disregarding rules or staff instructions.
- Excessive noise (music, TVs, etc.).
- Repeated misuse of parking spaces.
- Discharging grey water outside designated areas.
- Unauthorized planting or felling of trees.
- Repeated failure to use bins.
- Washing vehicles on site.
- Unauthorized commercial activity.
- Failure to report contagious diseases.
- Drug consumption on premises.
- Allowing minors to consume alcohol.
- Blocking roads with objects (tables, chairs, etc.).
19. Very Serious Offences
- Engaging in fights or physical altercations.
- Any crime reported to authorities.
- Threats, insults, or aggression towards staff or campers.
- Possession or trade of weapons.
- Non-payment of services.
- Bringing in unregistered persons.
- Repeated serious offences.
- Drug trafficking or dealing.
20. Outstanding Debts
- Access denied to those with unpaid debts, unless a prior agreement with management is reached.
21. Final Provision
- The Camping site is not liable for theft, damage, or fire caused by clients or external factors.
- All users are requested to comply with these rules to ensure harmonious coexistence and mutual respect among campers.
- Vehicles entering the premises must have valid civil liability insurance.

Rules for stays with pets
Requirements at check-in
Mandatory identification: Upon arrival, the dog must be properly identified by microchip or tattoo.
Health documentation: It is mandatory to present the updated veterinary record, showing that vaccinations are up to date.
Identification bracelet: After registration, a bracelet will be provided that must be placed on the animal’s collar for the entire stay.
Behavior rules inside the campsite
Use of leash and muzzle: All dogs must always be kept on a short leash while in any common area of the campsite.
Continuous supervision: It is not permitted to leave the dog alone on pitches, in vehicles, bungalows, or mobile homes. They must always be under their owner’s supervision.
Mandatory cleaning: It is the owner’s responsibility to immediately pick up their pet’s excrement.
Walking areas: Dogs must be walked in the designated or peripheral areas of the campsite. It is not allowed in common areas such as the restaurant, pool, or playgrounds.
Accommodations with and without pets
Pet-friendly accommodations: Some pitches and units are equipped to receive pets. This information is clearly indicated on our website and in the description of each accommodation.
Accommodations without pets: Out of respect for the rest and preferences of other guests, animals are not allowed in certain bungalows, mobile homes, or other units. It is essential to check this information before making a reservation.
Non-admitted breeds
For safety reasons, dogs considered potentially dangerous breeds (PPP) according to current Spanish legislation are not accepted. This includes, among others:

Noise and coexistence
Please avoid continuous barking or behavior that may cause discomfort to other campers.
During nighttime hours (from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), silence and rest for other guests must be ensured.
Penalties
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in:
Formal warning from management.
In serious cases, notice to the competent authorities.
Your pet is welcome, as long as its stay does not interfere with the well-being of other campers. Together, we can maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful environment.
